Vernivia (“Pharmiva” appreciated your interest in us and our products and that you visit our website, www.vernivia.com ( the ”website”). We care about your integrity, and we want to inform you about how we might come to process your personal data. Vernivia “Pharmiva” will always comply with applicable law on privacy, amongst others the general data protection regulation (so-called GDPR), the Swedish Personal Data Act and other applicable privacy laws.

How long do we store your personal data?
Vernivia (Pharmiva) will store your personal data as long as (i) they are necessary to fulfil the identified purposes that they are processed for, (ii) it is required by law or (iii) it is needed to establish, exercise or defence legal claims or whenever courts are acting in their judicial capacity. In respect to your contact details, we will store these as long as we are in regular contact with you. If you have not been in contact with us for four (4) consistent years, we will delete your contact details.
The contents of your messages or your privacy request to Vernivia “Pharmiva” will be stored for two years in its full form. After two years, we will anonymise the personal details and keep the message in anonymised form for statistical purposes.

How we protect the collected data
We maintain applicable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unintentional, unlawful, or unauthorised deletion, loss, change, disclosure and/or use. We have especially implemented the following measures to protect your personal data’s confidentiality, integrity and accessibility, including but not limited to:
- Encryption and anonymisation if possible/needed.
- Guidelines and processes to assure Vernivia´s “Pharmiva´s” employees secure access to personal data.
- Education and training to make sure that all personnel are aware of the applicable security requirements.
- Choice of suitable data processors, and if applicable sub-processors, that can prove their compliance with applicable laws and regulations on data privacy.
- Thorough review of data processors, processes, and procedures and, if necessary, update of procedures and/or renegotiation of terms/instructions to the processors.
How we might disclose your data
We do not disclose your personal data to any third party, and we never sell you information. The access to your personal data within Vernivia “Pharmiva” is limited to the employees, consultants or advisers who need access to the data to fulfil their assignments. The employees, consultants and/or advisors are governed by strict requirements on confidentiality in agreements and can be subject to disciplinary measures or dismissal if they are not abiding with the requirements.
International transfer of your personal data
Vernivia “Pharmiva” strive to always process your personal data within the EU/EES. If your personal data would come to be processed outside the EU/EES by one of our service providers, we make sure that there are appropriate security measures in place so that the processor is processing the personal data in the same secure manner as we do, e.g., by having a data processing agreement that include the standard clauses as recommended by the EU commission in place.
Your rights
If Vernivia “Pharmiva” processes your personal data, you are entitled a number of rights by the GDPR that you can exercise by sending a request to us. Your rights as a data subject (i.e. person whose personal data we process) provide you the possibility to request us to:
- Provide you with an extract with your personal data as processed by Vernivia “Pharmiva”.
- Rectify of personal data that is wrong.
- Delete your personal data (also called right to be forgotten).
- Limit the processing of your personal data.
- Transfer of your personal data to another party (the right to portability).
- Cease to process your personal data (right to object)
- Not perform automated individual decision-making by use of your personal data.
- Not send direct marketing to you.
You are entitled to submit complaints to your national data protection authority, but we kindly ask you to first contact us with your complaints.
